Choose a Registered Estate Agent
Property owners BEWARE! There are so many unregistered agents operating these days. They are mostly unscrupulous and untrustworthy. It is also illegal to operate as an Estate Agent without being registered through the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents.
The appropriate legislation is the Estate Agents Act No. 21 of 2000. Registered Estate Agents are also published annually in the Government Gazette.
